Bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add edamame to boiling water and cook 5 minutes. Reserve 3/4 cup liquid. Drain and rinse edamame with cold water.
Puree edamame with garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, honey and wasabi in blender. Add reserved liquid while blending until mixture is smooth and creamy. Cool in refrigerator. Serve with cut vegetables or rice crackers.
